Administration and Client Services Manager
Every Greystone associate ultimately has a responsibility to the client. The magnitude of this accountability for Paul Fron, however, is much more significant.
Paul is Greystone’s administration and client services manager. In this role, he oversees all aspects of client relationships from performance rates and reviews to providing back-office support so that collectors work productively. Paul and Rick Corica join forces to assure that exceptional service levels, quality and efficiencies are delivered to the client. Paul also manages payment processing—the daily posting of funds collected. On the administrative side, Paul is in charge of vendor management—from researching the best source to negotiating contracts.
Paul is a veteran of the collections industry. In 1999, he began work as a collector and was promoted quickly through the ranks from supervisor to collection manager. He also worked as a contingency portfolio manager and has experience as director of client services and agency outsourcing.
