Jeff’s hands-on experience has prepared him well for this role. For six years, he worked as a service technician for Computer Solutions Unlimited. Performing the actual work—from installation to maintenance to trouble shooting—he is familiar with the systems’ inner workings and is particularly knowledgeable about vendor selection.
Jeff has tremendous insight into the most critical operating elements of a collections organization. He has worked in call center industry management for more than five years.
