In the debt recovery business, Eric Frisicaro was on the fast track following his college graduation. Perhaps that’s why he’s justifiably qualified and enthusiastic about his role as director of human resources.
Starting as a collector, Eric worked his way up to training manager. His connection to and success in these positions contributed to his appointment as national sales account executive for two years.
Eric’s experience transcends the borders of New York and even the United States. In 2005, he traveled to Mumbai, India to assist in the opening of a new office where he recruited, trained and managed its staff. Upon returning to the U.S., his efforts then focused on opening an office in Reno, Nevada.
His job at Greystone Alliance encompasses all aspects of human resources—from recruiting to training and benefits to payroll.
As a member of the company’s executive team, his voice and experience are positive forces for both employees and management.
