Director of Support Services
As director of support services, Dan Frisicaro’s directive is to ensure that quality services are achieved on a number of internal and external levels—from compliance and finance, licensing and insurance, performance tracking and vendor management.
Dan moved into this role quite naturally armed with a depth of experience. After earning the prestigious designation as Registered COPC Coordinator, Dan took his previous employer—Account Solutions Group—to a preeminent industry position. Pursuing the highest levels of customer care and industry leadership, ASG was the first company worldwide to receive the 3.4 COPC-2000® CSP BASE STANDARD. In 1998, ASG was the nation’s first consumer collections agency to receive the prestigious COPC-2000® designation. His skill set also includes implementing Six Sigma processing and security compliance.
It is a year of “firsts” for Dan. From day one, he participated in guiding the development and direction of Greystone Alliance. Dan added another title to his name this year—dad.
